PlannerHub makes simple digital tools that help you get a grip on your day.
Life gets messy. Meals get decided at 6pm with the fridge door open, the food shop quietly costs more than you thought, and the week disappears before you've made a dent in what mattered. We started PlannerHub because a good template fixes more of that than another app ever did — something you open, fill in, and actually use.
What we make
- UK University Planner: a spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel, for the 2026–27 academic year.
- Digital Weekly Planner: a hyperlinked planner for GoodNotes and Notability on iPad.
- Meal Planner: an undated meal planner with grocery lists, for GoodNotes and Notability.
- UK Family Organiser: an undated family planner for GoodNotes and Notability.
- The Planner Trio: the weekly, meal and university planners together.
Why digital
Everything here is an instant download. No waiting on the post and no shipping costs. Use the PDF planners in GoodNotes or Notability on iPad, and the university planner in Google Sheets or Excel. The undated planners can be started fresh whenever you llike.
How we design it
We keep things deliberately uncluttered. Every planner and spreadsheet is built to be understood in about a minute: clear labels, sensible defaults, and no features you'll never touch. If a section doesn't earn its place, it doesn't make the final version.
Who it's for
Anyone trying to bring a bit more order to a busy week, whether that's feeding a family without the daily scramble, keeping the kids' school week straight, or staying on top of uni deadlines.
Say hello
PlannerHub is a small operation, and we read everything that comes in. If something isn't working, if you'd like a planner we don't make yet, or if you just want to tell us how you're using one, email us at smithypaul24@gmail.com — or use the contact page. It shapes what we build next.
Thanks for being here.
