A UK family organiser for GoodNotes or Notability on iPad. It is a PDF planner, not an app.

The whole family, in one place — so you can stop carrying it in your head.

It isn't the doing that wears you out. It's the remembering. Who needs collecting Thursday, whose PE kit is still in the wash, when the dentist rang, what size shoes they're in now. This planner gives all of it somewhere to live.

The bit that actually changes your week

Lifts & pickups gets its own column. Not buried in a note, not assumed — written down, every week. It's the single thing most likely to derail a family Wednesday, and seeing it on Sunday is the difference between a calm week and a 3pm scramble.

Undated — so it never runs out

No year printed anywhere. Duplicate a page whenever you need a fresh one and use the same file for as long as you like. Buy it once, use it every year.

Works with the apps you already have

Built for GoodNotes and Notability, and fine in any app that annotates PDFs — Noteshelf, Xodo, CollaNote, Samsung Notes. Portrait, sized for iPad, equally happy on an Android tablet or a laptop. Print any page on A4 or Letter and stick it on the fridge.

How it works

Questions people ask

Does anything arrive in the post? No — it's a digital download. Nothing is shipped.

Is it dated? No, deliberately. It works this year and every year after.

What if I have more than four children? Duplicate the Kids page as many times as you need — it's a template, not a fixed count.

Can I print it? Yes, any page, on A4 or Letter.

Refunds? Digital files can't be returned once downloaded — but if it won't download or won't open, message us and we'll sort it the same day.

This isn't a planner about doing more. Half of it exists so you can stop holding it all in your head.
