Your whole year. One file. Two taps to anywhere in it.

Most people don't fail at planning because they're lazy. They fail because the plan lives in six places — a notes app, a wall calendar, a spreadsheet, three screenshots and the back of an envelope. The Digital Weekly Planner puts the year in one hyperlinked PDF that opens on your iPad in about two seconds.

Tap a month. Tap a week. Tap back. Every weekly page has navigation built into the footer, so you're never more than one tap from where you need to be.

What you get

Year at a Glance — all twelve months on a single screen, every one of them clickable
12 monthly calendars — full Sunday-to-Saturday grid, with that month's weeks listed underneath as tappable links straight to their spreads

What you get

Year at a Glance — all twelve months on a single screen, every one of them clickable
12 monthly calendars — full Sunday-to-Saturday grid, with that month's weeks listed underneath as tappable links straight to their spreads
53 dated weekly spreads — a generous open row for each of the seven days, plus Top Priorities and Notes panels at the foot of every week
Footer navigation on every page — Prev Week, Month, Year, Next Week, always in the same place

Open ruled space rather than pre-printed boxes, on purpose — some weeks are a list of twelve things, some are three appointments and a lot of white space. The page doesn't argue with you.

Dates covered

Monthly calendars: August 2026 – July 2027
Weekly spreads: 53 consecutive weeks, 27 July 2026 through 1 August 2027 — the full academic year with no gaps at either end

Works with what you already have

Built for GoodNotes and Notability, and it works in any app that opens and annotates PDFs — Noteshelf, Xodo, CollaNote, Samsung Notes, Penbook. Portrait format, sized for iPad, equally happy on an Android tablet, a Surface or a laptop.

Why people switch from paper

Write it wrong, wipe it, write it again. No crossings-out, no ruined page.
It never runs out. Duplicate the file and start fresh whenever you like — it's yours to keep.
It weighs nothing. Your year lives on a device already in your bag.
Print any page at home on A4 or Letter if you want something physical.

How it works

Buy — your download link arrives by email within seconds.
Save the PDF to Files or your cloud drive.
Open it in GoodNotes or Notability with Import (not "open a copy") so the links stay live.
Tap Year at a Glance and start.

Questions people ask

Will I get anything in the post? No — this is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.

Do I need an Apple Pencil? It's much nicer with one, but any stylus works, and you can type into most apps instead.

Can I use it on more than one device? Yes. It's one file — put it wherever you like.

Can I get a refund? Digital files can't be returned once downloaded. But if the file won't download or won't open, message us and we'll fix it the same day.

Clean, uncluttered, and built to actually get used.
